DentalDirectHub.com supplies products to dental professionals, clinics, laboratories,

students, and authorised buyers only.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally able to purchase dental supplies in the UK

- Any regulated items are being purchased by an appropriately qualified professional

3. Product Information & Compliance

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, certifications, and compliance details.

However:

- Product images are for illustration only

- Specifications may vary depending on manufacturer updates

- Some items may require specific certification or professional qualification to purchase

Where required, products will carry UKCA and/or CE marking and comply with UK MDR

2002 and other relevant standards.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended clinical

purpose and complies with relevant regulations.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, or cancel orders where incorrect

pricing has occurred.

Payments may be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or approved business

accounts.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an

Order Confirmation Email.

We may decline orders if:

- regulatory restrictions apply

- stock is unavailable

- payment cannot be authorised

- the order appears fraudulent

- required professional qualifications cannot be verified

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

- customs clearance

- supplier delays

- courier issues

- regulatory inspections

- incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer

Some items, including hazardous or temperature-sensitive goods, may be subject to

shipping restrictions.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of dental supplies, non-returnable items include:

- sterile products

- opened or used consumables

- equipment that has been installed or tested

- items with broken seals

- products subject to hygiene regulations

- special-order or imported-on-demand items

Returnable items (unused and in original packaging) include:

- non-sterile equipment

- unused instruments

- items damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Refunds are issued after the returned items have been inspected and approved by us.

8. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods passes to you only once full payment has been received for all

goods in the order.

9. Regulatory Responsibilities

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

- you are responsible for ensuring products meet regulatory requirements in your country

or practice

- you will follow manufacturer instructions, safety guidance, and sterilisation requirements

If products are shipped outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes,

and compliance with local regulations.

DentalDirectHub Ltd may act as a UK Responsible Person for certain manufacturers where

agreed in writing and in accordance with MHRA rules.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

- misuse the website

- copy content, images, or product descriptions without permission

- attempt unauthorised access to our systems

- use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful activity

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property

of DentalDirectHub Ltd or its licensors.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and UK Data Protection laws.

We will:

- process personal data lawfully and fairly

- secure your information using appropriate technical and organisational measures

- never sell your personal data to third parties

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or

failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- natural disasters

- supplier or manufacturer failure

- transport disruptions

- regulatory changes

- cyberattacks

- war, terrorism, or civil unrest

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply from the date it is

posted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and

Wales.

15. Warranties

Unless expressly stated, all products are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s warranty

only.

We do not provide any additional or independent warranty.

Faulty items will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty process.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer’s assessment or repair

procedure.

Consumables and perishable goods are not covered by warranty unless explicitly stated.

Warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, improperly stored, or damaged by the

buyer.

We make no warranty that any product:

- is fit for a specific clinical purpose

- is compatible with your equipment

- will achieve any particular clinical or business outcome

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and suitability prior to purchase.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalDirectHub Ltd shall not be liable for:

- any indirect, consequential, or special loss

- loss of profit, income, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity

- losses arising from delays or failure to deliver

- costs associated with downtime, rescheduling patients, or lost appointments

- losses caused by incorrect installation or clinical use of products

- losses arising from third-party manufacturer defects or recalls

Our total liability in respect of any order, whether arising in contract, negligence, or

otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our

negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Retention of Title

Ownership of goods does not pass to the buyer until:

1) full payment has been received for the goods, and

2) all other outstanding sums owed to DentalDirectHub Ltd by the buyer have been settled.

Until ownership transfers:

- you hold the goods as bailee (custodian) for DentalDirectHub Ltd

- goods must be stored securely and kept separate from other stock

- we may enter your premises to recover unpaid goods without prior notice

- you must not resell, pledge, or dispose of the goods without our written permission

Risk passes to you upon delivery, but title does not pass until full payment has been

received.

18. Credit Terms & Late Payments

Credit accounts may be offered at our discretion following a credit check.

Where a credit account is granted:

- payment is due within the agreed credit period

- we reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue accounts (8% above the Bank

of England base rate), plus any allowable debt recovery costs

- we may suspend further deliveries until the account is settled

- we may withdraw credit terms at any time without notice

- unpaid accounts may be passed to a debt recovery agency.
